Cookie FAQ's

​Q. What are your cookie prices?
A. Please see the Pricing tab above.

Q. Are your cookies made from scratch?
A. All my cookies and icing is made to order from fresh ingredients.

Q. What is the minimum order for cookies?
A. The minimum order for minis is 3 dozen.
    The minimum order for assorted sets and regular sized cookies is 2 dozen.


Q. How long do your cookies stay fresh?
A. Loose boxed cookies are best consumed within a few days. Heat sealed cookies or loose cookies sealed in an airtight contained are good for 2 - 4 weeks. Customers have kept cookies longer and said they tasted great, this is just my recommendation.

Q. Do you make character cookies?
A. I only make certain character cookies. Please feel free to ask, as I will confirm if I can make the character. I typically prefer to make character themed sets. i.e. Minnie Mouse, I would do her silhouette, bows, pink/red with polka dots, etc. I do have some examples in my gallery of character cookies and character themed cookies.

Q. What are Cookie Pre-Orders (Holiday Pre-Orders)?
A. These are pre-made sets designed by me. I usually post anywhere from 1-3 weeks prior to a holiday or event. The options will typically consist of anywhere between Single Cookie options to 1 Doz/ 2 Doz options. I will usually post updates on Facebook and/or Instagram. I will also post more info under the Holiday Pre-Order tab once options are posted. Some examples of cookie options I may post are: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines, Easter, Teacher Appreciation, Mother's Day, Last Day of School, Father's Day, 4th of July, Back to School and Halloween. I may post cookies at other times for pre-order as well and I may not post for every holiday/ event listed.
 
Q. How do cookie Pre-Orders work?
A. I will occasionally post Pre-Orders for holidays and special occasions. I will post a link to an a Holiday Cookie Order form which is created through Google Form it will list info such as pick-up dates and times, pricing, flavors, packaging, and etc. Using the order form, you simply choose the option(s) you would like and fill in the necessary info. Payment for pre-orders is through Paypal invoice just like all other orders. Once your form is submitted I will send a Paypal invoice, to the email you provided, within 24 hours. If you do not receive your invoice after 24 hours please reach out to me and see if I have received your request form. Since this is a pre-sale, your payment is due upon receipt. Your order is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid. If payment is not made and you have not contacted me after 48 hours I will cancel the invoice. I am flexible, but if i don't hear from you I will assume you are no longer interested, and leave availability for additional customers.

Q. Do you ship cookies or Deliver?
A. I do not ship/ deliver cookies at this time. I only offer local pick-up at my home in Baden, PA. My address will be sent to you a week before pick up.

Cake FAQ's

Q. What are your cake prices?

Q. Are your cakes made from scratch?
A. All my cakes and buttercream are made to order from fresh ingredients. I do not use any box cake mix or pre-made frosting. I do use pre-made fondant to cover/ decorate my cakes. Because my cakes are made from scratch, they may be slightly dense. 

Q. Do your cakes need to be refrigerated?
A. Yes and No. I chill all my cakes prior to pick-up so that they travel with no issues. It is best to travel with a chilled cake to insure there isn't any shifting. Once it is at the venue/party/etc, it can be left out. As the cake comes to room temp, it may develop condensation. This is perfectly normal. Touching the cake with condensation on it may cause colors to smudge and will leave marks in the cake. Leftover cake should be refrigerated to preserve freshness.

Q, Do you do Wedding Cakes?
A. Yes, I am very new to the wedding cake world. I have started to offer wedding cakes. Please inquire for more information. 

Q. Do you deliver cakes?
A. I only deliver wedding cakes at this time. Anything within 15 min of my home in Baden is free of charge. Anything outside of that will consist of a delivery fee to be determined by me.


Payment FAQ's

Q. How do you take payment?
A. I take all my payments through Paypal. When you place your order, I will need an email address from you. I will use that email address to send you a Paypal Invoice.

Q. When do I need to pay for my order?
A. There will be a due date listed on your invoice. I now require a 30% non-refundable retainer, due within 48 hours, on all orders. All order must be paid 3 weeks prior to the determined pick-up date. If your order is not paid by the due date, it will be cancelled. (I will send a reminder that payment is due before the order is cancelled.) There are exceptions such as last minute orders, large orders and pre-orders.
-Large orders are due 1 month prior to the event date.

Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. I require a 30% non-refundable retainer on all orders and this must be paid within 48 hours after the invoice is sent.

Q. If I need to cancel an order, when should I do it by?
A. There are multiple people I must turn away due to being booked. If you must cancel your order, please do so asap so that I may open ordering back up for that date. You have up until 3 weeks before pickup to cancel your order. See next question for fees.

Q. Cancellation fee?
A. Orders canceled before 3 weeks will be refunded except for the 30% retainer. Orders must be cancelled no later than 3 weeks prior to pick-up. If the order is cancelled within 3 weeks of pick-up, 50% of the total for the order will be forfeited. Orders cancelled after work has already begun on that order will not be refunded. This is to cover any special cutters/ ingredients/ decorations I may have purchased. This will also cover the loss of another possible order for that weekend.

Q. How do I pay for Cookie Pre-Orders?
A.
